FEES and PAYMENT

Insurance

Most private insurances, military insurances, Medicare, and all Medicaid MCOs accepted.  Please refer to your health care plan for coverage or contact us for help determining covered services.  Private insurance copays are typically the same as a routine doctor visit.  We will collect your co-pay prior to the session.  If your deductible has not met, we will collect the amount negotiated with your insurance company.

Our therapists are not on salary!

It is important that scheduled appointments be kept or as much notice as possible given if there is need to reschedule/cancel.  Upon the 3rd occasion that a session is cancelled with less than 24-hour notice, a $25 cancellation fee will be charged and collected prior to rescheduling your appointment.

** Medicaid prohibits charging its members a cancellation fee.  Therefore, clients with 3 or more short-notice cancellations or no-call/no-show events will be referred to another agency better able to accommodate scheduling needs.
